MEDITECH CERTIFIES COMMVAULT’S DATA MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE FOR ITS EHR SYSTEMS

The MEDITECH certification comes on the heels of other initiatives that have strengthened Commvault’s position as a leader in the growing healthcare data management market. In December, Commvault entered a strategic partnership with Laitek Inc., a pioneer in rapid data migration and storage services, for decommissioning legacy picture archiving and communication systems (PACS). In March, in partnership with Laitek, the company launched Commvault Clinical Archive to modernize the way healthcare organizations manage, migrate and share clinical data. Today, some of the most well-respected healthcare providers and hospitals in the world are using Commvault Software to manage and protect business and clinical data, including Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Royal Cornwall Hospitals, vRad, University of Rochester Medical Center and Salem Health.
