The news comes following a remote audit conducted by SGS in May. A Quality Management System is a set of policies, processes, and procedures used to optimize Laitek’s core business. The objective of the two-day audit was to examine the management system, standard operating procedures, and business practices currently in place at Laitek. The purpose of implementing a Quality Management System is to control, measure, and improve business performance throughout the organization.
